BEST ANSWER: The wall sconces arms by themselves measure approximately 23" when extended.
Does the shade adjust back and fourth? Also is this a hardwire lamp?

BEST ANSWER: This wall sconce features vertical up-down adjustment only - arms do not swing left and right. The lamp is hard wired.
Is the inside of the shade matte black as well?
