Hi, I have 4 of these beautiful chairs. I love the look but in the last two weeks I have noticed that one of the chairs I purchased in Aug goes up by itself every day can you help me fix this issue?

horrendous
These looked fine at first and were easy to assemble. However, the base is continually loosening and requires flipping these heavy stools upside down to tighten them every week or the stools wobble dangerously. After 3 months, the white enamel is chipping off of the base and the fake leather absorbs everything that spills on it. I can not wait to replace these awful stools.
