Can this fixture be hung on a slope ceiling?

Does the 13 1/2” Height include the canopy? Is it 13 1/2” High from ceiling to bottom of light?

Perfect replacement for outdated overhead kitchen light!
I bought this to upgrade our kitchen overhead light. It doesn’t hang down too much and the pattern it makes on the ceiling is gorgeous! Looks amazing in my kitchen!

Love it! However, in a small foyer the bulbs should be 40W instead of 60. Very bright in my foyer and I do not have a dimmer switch.
