BEST ANSWER: Hi Delia - this lamp uses one 60 watt max bulb. You may however, use LED bulbs that are equivalent to a 75 watt bulb of higher. I have attached a few option below.

Great Lamp!
Wonderful looking lamp! This was perfect for my wife and I. It doesn't give out a lot of reading light but it is the perfect accent light. The Edison bulb is really great looking. We bought a 60 watt one to give out a little more light. Love the product.

Cagey
The cage is larger relative to the bulb than it appears in the picture. Or perhaps I should say that I need to find a larger bulb to fill up more of the cage space? Cord is quite long - usually good. I need to figure out how to hide all the extra cord in my particular placement. If anyone here at Lamps Plus has an idea, would love to hear it. Right now it is wrapped around the lamp itself while I figure out how to hide (no place to drape the extra on a bathroom vanity).

Great lamps
I use this lamp as a bedside lamp. It is the perfect size and puts out the right amount of light for me. I also use a dimmer so that my spouse and I can each control how much light we want.

Pros: Artistic Design, Good Size, Area of Illumination, Easy to Clean

Cons: Cord Could Be Longer
