My first crystal lamps and I think they are great. I wanted to have something that looked great on my mirrored table...and I got it.

Their "customer service" in the Plano store was awful. It took 20 minutes of walking around the store before I finally found someone who worked there. They were assisting someone else, so I didn't mind waiting when they told me they'd be right with me. 15 minutes later, after the sales associate finished with the other customer, she glanced at me still standing there and just walked off without saying a word. So I asked someone else who worked there for assistance so I could purchase this lamp, and this one acted like I was annoying her by making her do her job. It's a shame they have such poor customer service because the store has so many beautiful lamps, lighting, and furniture, but if I purchase anything from this company again, it will definitely be online. Their website is much more useful than the employees I encountered in-store.
To end on a positive note, shipping was fast, free, and the lamp arrived in perfect condition. Everything I saw in-store seemed sturdy and like it was made with high quality materials.

We purchased 2 of these lamps to place on our master bedroom night stands and we absolutely love them! They give a very posh and elegant vibe and were a great price compared to other stores. Only minor issues was the lamp shade was slightly crooked when installed, we had to bend it slightly to get it appear straight.

This lamp replaced a similar lamp but was at a better height and works excellent with a hue bulb.

Although rather small this lamp puts out a lot of clear white light through the white fabric lampshade. It really brightened up our bedroom. The base is a good heavy weight, and the lamp is well made. The electric cord is clear.

It takes too long to deliver.
