BEST ANSWER: These lamps feature an on/off socket switch with a 150 watt maximum. I do not see why not.

Love these lamps
These lamps are exactly what we were looking for. They are very tall but that was needed in our bedroom. Only disappointment was both shades were creased in one corner.
