Is this sconce hard wired? does it have on off switch?

BEST ANSWER: This is hard wired. No on off switch on the light itself.
Can the glass be removed? If so do you have a picture without glass??

BEST ANSWER: Hello - you could use this design without the glass, thought the glass does add a finishing touch to the design. Unfortunately, we do not have a photo of this design without the glass.
