Contemporary with clean modern lines, this matching plug-in wall swing arm lamp set is paired with drum lamp shades in a neutral tone.

A simple and minimalist wall lamp set with matching contemporary designs in a brushed nickel finish. Dimmer switches on the square backplates allow you to adjust the light to fit your needs. Place on corresponding sides of a seating area for an effortlessly cohesive and streamlined look.

  • Set of 2 swing arm wall lamps. Each is 13" high x 12" wide overall. Extends 12" from the wall. 8-foot long clear silver cord.

I am curious about how the shades are mounted to the lamp? The reason being is that I would like to use frosted glass shades with it if possible instead of the fabric. Picture would be great if possible.

BEST ANSWER: There is no on/off switch on the cord. It is the little button you see at the bottom of the back plate. The button turns to adjust brightness (a dimmer switch).

Is the extension length of 11.5 inches from the wall include the lamp shade or just the arm?

BEST ANSWER: Hi, the 11.5" inches includes the lampshades. It is from the wall to the front of the lampshade.
I am interested in these for a home we are building. Can these fixtures be hard-wired without the need for an additional wall switch? Also, where is the on/off dimming switch located? Is it the small round knob just below where the arm attaches to the wall plate? Thank you.

BEST ANSWER: Hi, yes these lights can be converted for hardwired applications. The switch is located on the base under the arms.
I see the dimmer switch. If I hardwire these, does the dimmer serve as the on/off switch as well? I do not want to plug these into a wall outlet with a wire. Please advise.

BEST ANSWER: Brushed nickel looks very similar as if someone having a paint brush and slightly brushing the paint over the surface and still leaving a path of brush strokes on the surface. It is not as shiny or does not have the mirrored finish like chrome. It is a very popular finish.
Why was I told by one of your representatives that these lamps cannot take LED dimmable bulbs? The answers below state otherwise. Can you please tell me which is correct?

BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, we do not have a swing arm with a touch sensor; however, you can use a touch sensor that screws into the socket to convert the lamp to touch operated.

BEST ANSWER: There is a back plate behind the finished cover that will attach to your wall, hardware included, and then the finished plate and arm assembly attaches simply to this with two nuts on the front of the plate. A very simple installation.

Troubles could have been avoided!
We are happy with them now but had to send the first pair back. Lights wouldn’t stop flickering (like strobe lights) and the dimmer did not dim at all. Customer service was very good and stayed on the phone to trouble shoot for a half hour+! However, he gave up too and we returned them. Second set did the same thing! until we took out the LED bulbs and the spiral energy-efficient lights and put in regular , old-fashioned bulbs....then all problems resolved. The lesson is that these lamps should be accepting of all of these kinds of bulbs or it should be in the instructions what kind of bulb works! Customer service rep didn’t know about that easy fix either! That little piece of knowledge could have saved me a whole lot of frustration!
