Can this light fixture be hung upside down with bulbs facing down instead of up?

BEST ANSWER: Yes. The baseplate mounts the same way either up or down. There's even a photo in the description showing the bulbs facing down.

Impressive wood grain effect for a rustic vibe.
Very nice light bar, works particularly well if you’re going for a rustic look. Price was reasonable so the value was good but don’t forget the bulbs!
It even fooled family members, the bar looks like wood but is a sturdy metal.
Fits nicely over a mirror, can be mounted with bulbs up or bulbs down.
