these pair of wall lamps are absolutely beautiful.size is perfect wonderful dimmer. color is very dark bronzy black but just what I needed to match other picture frames,etc. the price was great,saw some other ones that one would have cost this much. really adds beauty to my room and so practical for the lighting that was needed in room. I would highly recommend these.and the service and person who helped me take the order couldn't have been more helpful.

I bought this set of lamps to put on each side of my bed for reading and they look really nice. The lamp shades are a cheap vinyl and I'll probably replace them eventually. The lamps should swing into any position I want, but the joints are really tight so I have to move them carefully so that I don't pull the lamps off the wall. I love the dimmer switches on these lamps. I can set them low if I want minimal lighting or turn them up brighter for reading.

We wanted to get some light for reading in bed. After looking at several table lamps, I came upon wall lamps and that was a good solution since the table lamps would have been too low and they would have been using up space on our end tables.

So I placed an order for these as well as the cord concealers. The fine folks at Lamps Plus got these items to us within a week and gave us excellent communication for tracking information for the shipment. Both the lamps and the cord concealers use hollow wall anchors that are included, however, while we received the correct number of plastic anchors, we did not receive enough screws for the plastic anchors so I ended up having to provide one anchor myself. The quality of those anchors is not the best, so I recommend not using them anyway and buying some better anchors. I had a couple of the plastic anchors slip into wall, but I had enough of those anchors that worked to help keep the wall lamps securely on the wall. I ended up spending about two hours installing the two lamps and the cord concealers. You will need an electric drill, level, measuring tape and pencil for the installation.

While the lamps look great, the quality of the items is only fair. The swing arms take a decent amount of force to move, so I planned on setting these up such that they would never need to be adjusted. I'm afraid that adjusting the position may cause the lamps to be torn from the wall. The harps that hold the lampshades in place were not symmetric and needed to be bent into shape. The switch on one of the lamps is on crooked and will rub against the decorative part that holds the light bulb socket when it is rotated. For now, both lamps are fully switched on and we are able to use a wall switch that controls the socket that they are plugged in to.

I gave this an overall rating of 4 stars, but I would give the lamps only 3 stars. Lamps Plus deserves five stars for their excellent customer service.

We picked up the lamps at the store. When we returned the one that was not working staff tested the lamp to determine if it could be fixed, when it could not it was immediately replaced and repacked to transport home.

Our guest bedroom is tiny, and we wanted a wall lamp for each twin bed to save space and also provide convenience for our guests. These lamps are perfect! They look perfect with our brown metal headboards, and the shades are some of the nicest we've ever seen. We think these lamps look like they cost much more than we paid. Bonus: We put in LED dimmer bulbs, and these lamps have a dimmer feature. We didn't know that when we ordered, but we love it. Thanks, lampsplus.com!

We love them. However the directions were a little vague. And not all the screws were included. I had to go to the hardware store.

Love these lamps. I would agree with one earlier reviewer that the swivel parts are very stiff on arrival -- but they loosened up with a little oil. The many options of position with the arms, and degree of light with the dimmer, is perfect for bedtime reading. And the wall mount leaves room on the bedside shelf for more books!

So far I like the looks of these. They were quick to install. I am going to try to get a couple smaller lamp shades like the to replace the ones in the hallway. Plus I need to find a lamp shade like these only larger for a lamp in the living room so everything matches.

nice lamp, easy to install, good value. one small problem, the on/off dimmer switch knob came off. I was able to reinstall the switch and it works fine.

Now that these lights are installed and working, I really like them and feel they add a lot to the look of my room. However, getting these installed was quite a task because the installation instructions were incomplete and in error. I had to figure this out partly on my own and partly with the help of a Lamp's Plus employee over the phone. She was very kind and helpful, I might add. After a trip to the store to get additional plastic wall anchors, I was able to quite quickly get these up and working. One thing I was disappointed in is that the cord covers are not included in the purchase of the lamps, though the picture clearly shows them attached. The closest cord cover option through the store are black, which I purchased at the same time as my needed anchors, and will be promptly returning today as the cord cover doesn't improve the overall look of the exposed cord. If Lamps Plus had better and clearer instructions to ensure easy installation, I would have given this 5 stars.

I have ordered 2 sets of these. The 1st set arrived with 1 lamp not working and multiple parts missing. Same thing with the 2nd order. Not real happy with having to pay for 2 sets and only getting 1 working set. Customer service was good. Waiting on refund

I was inspired by brass, but they're cheap resin lamps with a little brass colored paint. I didn't read the description closely enough(my bad.) If I'd seen them in person first probably would have passed because they seem a little overpriced.not the best mounting hardware compared to other lamps I've put up before, but wife said put 'em so they're up.

One is fine the other one is weird and hangs crooked

This is the third set of these lamps we have had. The first lasted for years. It matched our bedroom décor and saved room on the bedside tables. One of the second set did not last as long. Now this third set, after a couple of months both lamps do not make good contact with the light bulbs and are difficult to get lighted. One is especially hard to get on and cannot be dimmed at all.
