We replaced an aging brass chandelier in our two story entryway, adjacent to stairs where we had installed a modern ceiling fan at the landing. The two fixtures complement each other and the light from the chandelier is four times greater than the old one, with about the same power consumption (using daylight CFCs). My first choice was a Mauer pendant, but at [$], it was a nonstarter. This is a very attractive alternative at an excellent price.

We put this into our two-story foyer. This space is only about 6 feet wide but close to 15 feet long over the stairway and 17' high. This light was small enough that it doesn't overwhelm the space but large enough to put out sufficient light. We used some small 40W globes and it looks very nice. We were a bit concerned with having the bulbs visible from the second floor but it actually looks very nice. Due to the 17' ceiling in our entry, we decided to have an electrician handle the installation. It took about 1 1/2 hours to remove the old fixture and install this one.

We recently purchased a round six seat dining table and needed a light that would compliment it's large size. This fixture fit the bill nicely. It was easy to install, and with our 9.5 foot ceiling only required four chain links to get the perfect height over the table. It's modern looks make it very appealing. With eight 60 watt soft white LED bulbs and a dimmer, it can be adjusted to just the right amount of light, and with the combination of frosted glass bowls and 6 lamps providing reflected light off the ceiling, it gives very pleasant non glare lighting. I'm a long time Lamps Plus customer, and once again they have made me a happy camper.
