does the glass globe and neck come in 1 piece or 2 pieces? Can you get a replacement globe should it break?

Bright and clean
This ceiling light is clean and fresh, I like that it is mostly glass. What I don’t like is that the glass is not removable, it is glued to the fixture, cannot remove for cleaning.
