Simply Superb

Beautiful lamp, faulty chain pulls!
We bought a pair of these lamps in the spring of 2019 - love the look of both the base and shade as well as the double bulb option. However, 3 of the 4 pull chains have failed so we haven't been using the lamps for the past few months - extremely disappointing!! The first chain failed after just 7 months of use. We are a two adult household and the lamps are not used regularly, especially during months of lengthened daylight, so usage is low. A more robust pull chain/bulb socket is definitely needed, these are obviously not well made - this shouldn't happen in such a short time!! Are free replacements available thru Lamps Plus??

Very Disappointed!
I was so excited when I received this floor lamp because it received so many good reviews. However, just after less than two years of use, I noted chips on the pole, which is the metal part of the lamp. It was no longer gold in those areas and because those areas lost the protection/the coating, they started to rust. Buyer be aware, as usually we don't pay close attention to the bottom part of the lamp (the pole and the base).

One socket does not work.
Product was packaged very well and easy to put together. Only problem is only one of the sockets function. I put new bulbs in the sockets and only one worked. I tried another bulb and the socket still did not work. I was not going disassemble the lamp, repackage and take to Fed Ex or UPS to return it. I just use the one side that lights up.

Attractive lamp with great light
Very clear lines. Could use with any style decor. My only complaint is that I can't get the lampshade absolutely straight because of a small defect but it's barely noticeable. Gives off a very nice white light.

Beautiful
Very pretty and sturdy around a toddler which was my main reason for purchasing . Bought one and liked it so much I bought another . I had an issue with one of the pull strings not firing one of the bulbs but they promptly sent another and I was able to return the broken one once the replacement arrived .
