There were terrible options for what I wanted. This barely meets my expectations, with price point not being a consideration. I needed a mid century modern starburst style light NOT in gold or brass (in silver or chrome) that wasn't over 2 feet long.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, we have ours installed in the kitchen of our guest cottage. It lights the room well without being too bright. It is absolutely beautiful! We get compliments on it on a regular basis. It is also nice because it doesn't hang down too low but still adds unique interest to the room. We love it!
