Almost great
I have bought many of these to use as clip-on stage lighting fixtures. I put 50w par 20 white halogen spots and colored halogen narrow floods in them, and the difference in using halogens for on-person lighting is still significant over LEDs; much warmer, more flattering, crisp. Only knock on these, but a big one, is the fragility of the clamps, which break easily and often if used as I do (putting up and taking down regularly), and so I've had to buy many more than I would have liked to. If merely setting them in place, however, they should hold up, and are great for task lighting, cheering up the odd corner.
