No soft light comes from LED even if they say it is 2700 Kelvin or "Warm"
Very nice and hip fixture with quality materials but is just too bright and way to white. I hooked up a dimmer and it only dims so far and doesn't get to a soft light. Great for surgical rooms I'm sure!

Hi Steve R., thank you for the review. This lamp has a 3000K color temperature, which is usually classified as more of a white light than the yellow light of 2700K. The dimmer may help reduce the light output, but unfortunately would not adjust the color temperature of the design. Thank you.
