Red Lacquer Scallop Tea Jar Table Lamp

Lamp arrived in great shape and boxed perfectly. However, there were no gold accents on the lamp as pictured in your on- line one. As a designer, when buying for a client it's important that the lamp comes just as the picture the client approved of.

I love it! But..... the description online says a maximum wattage of 150 Watts, which is what I need for reading. However, the sticker adhered to the lamp says a maximum of 100 watts. It is a three way switch, so I’m confused. But, it’s perfect in all other ways.

We like the lamps but when we pulled them out of the box we were a little surprised. I think the picture shows more gold highlights and makes them look more substantial than they are. They are nice and heavy but just don't look this large in person.

The lamp itself is gorgeous and I'm glad we got it. The Lamps Plus communications could use improvement. I placed the order on April 6 and, when the website still indicated 'not shipped' on April 18, I contacted Lamps Plus. After all, we're used to Amazon deliveries. Everything shows up within a couple of days. The agent explained that the lamps are built-to-order, which surprised me, and that the website clearly says that delivery will be in 1-2 weeks. True, but it was already 2 weeks anyway, so I was miffed. The agent told me my order was scheduled to be shipped April 22 and I could expect delivery in 3-4 days after that. Okay, I was at least mollified. Imagine my surprise when my order showed up on April 20! But the website still said 'not shipped'! I finally received an email on April 22 that my order was delivered. The package, by the way, was delivered FedEx Ground delivery and was dropped off in my building lobby. Could have been stolen by the time I got notification. Fortunately, my wife saw the package. Okay, I'm happy with the lamp, but Lamp Plus internal communications needs improvement. Lamps Plus still gets 5 stars because the lamp is worth it.

It took a long time for it to be delivered. It looked nice online but not.so much in person. The shape of the shade is very nice but the color is too yellowish. It also doesn’t stay on the lamp straight. The whole impression is cheap, not worth the cost.

This lamp is the perfect style and fit for my living room. I love the antique appearance of the finish.

The lamp exceeded my expectations. Red stand is very sturdy, as is the lamp shade, which isn't filmsy. The stand is done in a crackled paint, which makes it stand out. It Has 3-light setting, so lighting can be adjusted. I bought it more for decorative purpose, but with the 3-light setting, I can use it for more lighting when reading or using the laptop while sitting in the armchair. This is one of my favorite lamps!

I wanted to add an asian flare to our guest room. A pair of these lamps do the trick. Hard to tell from photos, but the shade is very intricate, with kind of scalloped corners in the rectangular shape. Very cool. Shipped was slow, but lamps were well packaged and arrived undamaged.

I love this lamp! It's exactly like pictured.

I highly recommend these lamps. They look beautiful in my bedroom.
