Does the joining seam show through when this lamp is lit?

BEST ANSWER: No light shines through this lampshade at all. It is a high quality durable opaque shade, so the light shines upwards & downwards from the shade but not through it. I think its better in person than in a photo because it is textured. I love mine & can highly recommend.

The perfect black shade
This is a beautiful, unique, high-quality lamp shade. The silver lining is so elegant and gives a very high-end look. The shade is opaque, and no light shines through, which is my primary criteria when looking for a lamp shade. A beautiful light shines upwards and downwards. I highly recommend it.
