Where is the switch to turn on the lamp located? Also, where is the cord for plugging it in?

BEST ANSWER: The cord runs through the base of the lamps tubes and plugs in from the bottom along the floor the switch is near the lamp and it works very well and easy to place into different positions

BEST ANSWER: The manufacturer recommends using an A19 size bulb. But if side glare maybe an issue for you, try using a smaller A15 bulb.

BEST ANSWER: Counting the gooseneck when not bent the lamp measures about maybe 60 inches and less with the gooseneck bent.The height does not adjust just the gooseneck that will bend down.

Not harder because i find that sitting on carpet in has a tendency
to tip over even if barely touched. Plus the on/off switch piece has fallen off twice...simple to rescrew but did not think it should
do that.

Good Floor Lamp
I purchased this lamp some time ago and it is working very well for us.My brother uses it as a reading lamp over his favorite chair.It puts out lots of good light where you need it.It is also very handy space wise as it takes up very little space. A very good value lamp.
