A Beautiful Shade
I cannot believe how beautiful this shade is...it is simple, elegant and lets just the right amount of light in. The workmanship on it is outstanding. Have seen shades for 6 times the price that are not nearly as nice. Do not hesitate to buy this.

BEAUTIFUL
I took a chance in ordering this shade and I am very pleased I did. The shade is well made and the included harp was the perfect size. My lamp is now very elegant. I was also pleased that the description given was exactly correct. This site is now my new source for lamps and shades.

Great shape, bad execution
At first glance while looking at the product through the wrapping, it looks attractive. Upon opening, the first thing you'll notice is the satin finish. Secondly, the unsightly seam going down the center of each panel is a really bad design. Unless you like that sort of thing.

Wow! I love these shades!!!
I replaced my 15-year-old lamp shades with these black shades. They are truly beautiful and have changed the entire mood of my living room. I love the way the glow from the lightbulbs point downward, rather than upward. My lamps look very expensive now, but I don't have to tell my family and friends that I only paid [$] for them!!!

Great shade for a good price.
The only minor negative is that the self-trim accent which rums vertically down the center of each of the 4 sides always makes me think it's a seam on the "rear" side of the shade which should be rotated to face the "back" (to face the wall). But now that I'm accustomed to this look, I feel the design is over-all quite nice.
