Just got mine delivered, and the light for the upper bowl is loose in the bowl. There is also no hole for the cord in the lower bowl; the wire is strung through the drain whole. This appears to be mis-manufactured. Who can I talk to about this?

I have a large, in-ground water reservoir for the fountain I currently have. Can this one be used with that kind of water source?
A shopper on Jul 21, 2020
BEST ANSWER: This is self contained fountain and has to be filled manually every few days. I guess you could probably drill appropriate holes so that water could circulate But it would depend on your situation and careful planning. Might need a longer internal hose to top and maybe relocate the pump to your reservoir
How many gallons of water should be used?
A shopper on May 16, 2020
BEST ANSWER: It only holds 2-3 gallons. But depending where you live it will evaporate and need to be refilled. I live in a very warm climate. I've got plants all around the fountain. My plants water automatically, when they water I have a line run to fountain and it refills. Having this arrangement the fountain is maintenance free, other than an annual cleaning. We've had for 2 YRS and love it!

How is the upper jug supposed to drain? There is not a drain hole. The only way to let water out of the top jug is to have the light only partially installed in its hole. Is there supposed to be a drain hole or passageway?

Where can I find set up manual or video for clasic Tuscany fountain? $55499

which bowl does the motor sit in? If it sits in the bowl that is supposed to be the reservoir, the water pipe and the light connector, does it go thru the hole in the reservoir or from the outside?
A shopper on Apr 8, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The motor sits in the main pedestal that looks like brick. Th top bowl unscrews and the pump mounts on a flexible pipe below it. Easy to mount and maintain. The power goes in through a door on the rear of the pedestal. The power unit can be hidden under the base. Power to the light enters through the water return hole.

A shopper on Sep 7, 2018

I need replacement lights for this that available here?
Debbie G. on Sep 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, to order replacement lights please contact one of our lighting specialists.
Suzanne L on Jul 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: not sure exactly, but over 4 gallons. That's not necessary to fill it all the way to get it to work. Just a couple of gallons will do that. Mine is on a timer, I also clerk the water level each day so it doesn't run dry and cause a pump to fail or burn up because of low or no water.
I have another question. I noticed that the plastic tubing which connects up to the water pump has an adapter type fitting inserted into the tubing 4 inches from the end. Does this need to be removed? What the purpose of it?
robert S on Jul 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The black adapter that is attached to the clear tube is needed to attach the hose to the pump. If the adapter is pushed in far into the hose, you will have to pull it out to be able to attach it to the pump. Please feel free to contact one of our technicians who can assist you with the assembly of the fountain. They can be reached by phone, email, or chat:
Can you add extension cord to original plug?
robert S on Jul 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi - preferably, fountains should be connected to properly grounded 110V GFCI, with an outdoor-rated enclosure. Consult your certified electrician for proper electrical lines or extensions that meet local codes and regulations. However if an extension cord is necessary, it should be an outdoor rated extension cord, plugged in to aforementioned the GFCI outlet.

Impressive Fountain
I looked at dozens of fountains, focusing on style and the water effect. This one is extremely classy. There are small sealed lights in the two lower vases, which cause the sides of the vases to glow slightly, since the plastic is semi translucent (due to its thickness), which is not at all noticeable until it gets dark, so this provides a very impressive, unexpected appearance, when the sun goes down, providing a wonderful counter balance of vase illumination, in conjunction with the bulbs illuminating the upper bowl and the water falling out of it.

Some reviewers complained about water splashing out of the lower vases but this only happens under three potential conditions. First, it is critical to use a level in both directions (north/south and east/west, resting on the rim of the upper bowl) to insure that the surface which your fountain is resting on, is totally level. Using a level, I positioned shims under a couple of corners of the base of my unit, to level it. If it is not level, then the water will not pour equally from the two upper spillways and the flow will not hit the middle of the water pools in the two vases. If it is out of level and off center, then water can hit closer to the edges of one or both of the vases, causing it to splash over the edge....easy to prevent. Second, if there is a strong breeze, of course the wind will blow the spilling water out of its intended path. And third, you might have to adjust the pump velocity to decrease the water flow, as a potential source of splashing, although I found the two aforementioned conditions to be more likely to cause splashing.

I did find the assembly instructions to be not quite as clear as they could have been, but a little common sense and logic can get you there. Mainly realize that you are to run the two electrical cords for the light bulbs, immediately from their vases and into the large round downspout tube in the reservoir, as well as the cord from the pump which sits at the bottom of the reservoir. They are not to reside within the water reservoir. So all of the "excess" cords/wiring are supposed to nest within the bottom of the unit, on the ground or pavement. Of course there is a "mouse hole" cutout in the base for the power cord to exit the unit, towards an outlet.

One valuable feature of this fountain is the fairly large reservoir which basically includes most of the structure behind what is visible, so I only have to refill it every few days (depending upon how much it is flowing...evaporation).

Do not let the reservoir run dry, since it will ruin the pump. Two things will alert you to low water condition. First, the level of water will be noticeably reduced in the upper bowl, along with reduced waterfall flow, But more importantly as an "early warning", the water entering the base of the upper bowl, from the pump, will start to exhibit small air bubbles with the water flow (a bit of frothing). That is a definite sign that you need to add water and it alerts you well in advance of being critical.

I am extremely happy that I chose this unit over many other designs, although I really wanted to spend about 50 to 75 bucks less. So I am glad that I ignored my original budget desire, because this one is well worth the extra money for great design, features, and function. I get extremely positive comments from guests, who now want to get the same unit.

Oh, by the way, some earlier reviewers complained that the factory production molds created a visible vertical seam in the middle of the front of the two lower vases, but that problem has been addressed in the units being sold now, so not an issue.

Perfect addition to our 3-season room
The product's lighted waterfall and tone decibel level are quite soothing in the late evening.

To avoid splashing, make sure to keep the water level up so that the water streams from pot to pot.

Reasonably priced outdoor fountain!
A very nice fountain for outdoor use! It splashes over very slightly but as long as it's oudoors I see no big deal. It's a very attractive fountain and has a serene sound of the waterfall and nice ambience at night when lit. Everyone that has seen it remarks how nice it is! Setup was fairly simple, something I believe anyone can do. I had a problem after a year of use when the pump failed ( I have this fountain over 2 years now). I had called customer service and they replaced it free of charge (no hassle at all!)! In fact one of the reasons I recommend this fountain is because I believe their customer service is outstanding! I had called them before to ask some questions and their reps were always very polite. For the style, ambience, price and service of this item, you can't go wrong!

Pros: Easy Maintenance, Attractive Design, Quiet Motor, Relaxing

Fabulous fountain!
When a store-bought fountain for our patio had a broken part, we searched online for the part and instead found this beautiful fountain. We LOVE it! Easy to set up, and instant ambiance! EVERYONE comments on how beautiful it looks and sounds. The light is lovely. Splashing is minimal, but plan for this to be outside, just in case. Imperceptible imperfections only contribute to the authentic look. Totally LOVE it!

Pros: Relaxing, Easy Set-up, Attractive Design, Makes Everyone Want One, Quiet Motor

" LOVE IT "!
It's BEAUTIFUL..The only thing I really can complain about it the casting on the back was messed up where someone at the factory had taken there finger while it was wet and smeared extra casting material between the two vases and made a big smear blob with it.Luckly it was on the backside where no one will see it. The instructions could have been done better! Like place the cords down the PVC pipe that leads out the bottom to connect all the wiring. But enough of the complaining I would highly recommend this it meets and exceeds what I had hoped for and for the price it can't be beat! I will buy something else from this company again.

Pros: Quiet Motor, Relaxing, Beautiful at Night, Attractive Design

Cons: Casting could be better, Had a few flaws in it, Instructions not the best

Best Uses: Garden, Outside Deck, On your front porch
