BEST ANSWER: Yes. Each section has a round opening or slot which fits over the bowl below it and then turns to lock in place. This is a fabulous fountain. We are on our 3rd year and just love it! Hope this helps! : )

BEST ANSWER: Yes, the water flow can be adjusted. The fountain has a knob to adjust the water flow.
It requires any plumbing, need to attach water pipe line or just pour water and it circulates for one week itself and every week we need to add some water, right.?

Delivered in just a few days. Very easy to assemble. The sound of the water is great. Was afraid it wouldn't be loud enough to hear, but it was perfect.

European Fountain adds to any garden
The fountain is rich looking and once you have it balanced on pavers and raised a few more inches it truly is enjoyable to look at. We put a spot light in front of it to give it a soft ambience. It was easy to assemble by just following the directions .
Make sure you check the water level daily and add to it with a hose or watering can when it is running.Excellent buy .Would recommend to anyone looking for a European style fountain . Reminds me of the music Three Coins in a Fountain.

I would recommend this fountain to people with one reservation. The water that recycles, eventually will splash completely out of the bottom bowl. We have run it completely out of water in the bottom bowl because of that. We are afraid it will burn up the motor.
