Can this lamp use the 3way bulb?

BEST ANSWER: Hi, the table lamp can indeed use a 3-way bulb. It has a 3-way socket switch.
The base looks smooth except for the lines. Where is the distressing, the lines or is the base crackled?

BEST ANSWER: Hi - the lamp base is a smooth ceramic, but both the vertical accent lines and the teal blue color field have a distressed, crackled look.
Is the lamp height measured from the top of the shade or the top of the finial?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, that is correct. The height is from the base bottom to the top of the finial.
