Rick T on May 26, 2020
BEST ANSWER: There are various general guidelines that can be found on maintaining and cleaning your fountain. But generally, wipe down the fountains bowls on a regular basis to prevent unsightly buildup of dirt. Clean the pump approximately every three months to ensure it stays free and clear of debris and obstructions. Use a water treatment solution for preventative maintenance. Adjust the pumps flow valve as needed for your desired water flow.

Disappointing
For the price, it was just okay. Had to mess with it myself to get it right.
In order to get more than a drizzle had to use a tool to open up the holes at top where water comes out. Seems to be fine now. Replaced the pump myself because it and light were tripping the breaker. Light was replaced by LP and I’m sure the would’ve replaced the pump. Just didn’t realize the pump was defective too until after I’d talked with them

Disappointing
You can only successfully run the fountain for 4-5 hours before it become a weak drizzle.
