My Lamp stopped working. I read there is no replacement, so am I just out of luck?

Is there any way to order a replacement lantern for this gnome? The gnome looks great. Unfortunately the lamp’s plastic cover broke while trying to get it out of the packaging.

Box not damaged but arm broken off, glued it back on and u can't tell, light works well on lantern.
