How big is the drawer? What are the dimensions of the drawer at least roughly?

BEST ANSWER: Desk drawer is about 44" wide x 20" deep
This says it has a glass table top. Is it a clear removeable top placed on a black desk?

BEST ANSWER: The glass is opaque black and sits on small rubber/plastic cups to keep it from sitting flush on the metal of the frame. The glass is exactly the same size of the desktop frame. The desk is unusable without the glass (which can be removed or replaced) as there is no flat surface under the glass other than the frame. When you remove the glass, you are looking into the drawer.

Perfect Extra Desk in Chiropractic Office
We were looking for a well made desk to add to our shared doctors' office and this was perfect! The height from the floor to the bottom of the drawer is 25”. The width of the desk is 48” but the width of the drawer is 35”. The legs are sturdy and the top is beautiful. It took me and one other person, about 15-20 minutes. Might take others a little longer if they have never put something like this together. I was thrilled at how the small parts were individually packaged and marked. Love this desk!

Awesome desk!
I have been searching for a desk for my office/she-shed for 2 months. I finally decided on this desk and we received it within a few days of ordering it from Lamps Plus. My husband put it together tonight in about an hour - he told me it had the best directions he's ever seen on this type of purchase. I'm so happy with this purchase! It is beautiful - I considered higher priced desks and I am so happy I didn't buy anything else! Highly recommend!

Good black desk...stiff drawer
Good table. I bought 2 of these for our home office. Building instructions were straightforward. There was a bit of difficulty when it came to the drawer. It doesn’t open as smoothly as I’d want and there’s nothing in the instructions to help adjust it. Other than that, it’s serving its purpose.
