Simple Elegance
This medallion compliments the chandelier (Kathy Ireland's 3 light foyer chandelier) beautifully! It also solved the problem of covering an opening that was larger than the canopy that accompanies the chandelier. It is lightweight and easy to install. Where before we had merely a recessed light, we now have a beautifully elegant entryway to our home!

So gorgeous I bought four!
I have purchased four of these medallions; first one and then three more. They are so beautiful, highly detailed and exactly what I was looking for. The finish is applied well and is a believeable metal look--not a cheapo faux. The medallion itself is somewhat lightweight though not flimsy. I had an electrician install all of mine and he commented that he had seen many medallions (in much more expensive homes than mine I'm sure!), but that mine was the nicest he had seen. And he wasn't just saying it! I get comments all the time about how beautiful my lighting (Kichler Ravenna line as well as some of the Metropolitan line) is. The medallions just enhance the beauty. This is a quality product from a quality manufacterer. I highly recommend purchasing one (or more!)--in fact, I'm back to back to buy one more.

the medallion is beautiful
I installed this medallian in my formal living room. It is placed on a tray ceiling above a medium size chandeleir. I would not recommend this piece for a large room with high ceilings. But it does look beautiful in a smaller space. we are very happy with it.
