  • I purchased 2 outdoor fans and within a month one started making noise and turning slower. I tried to get a replacement part, but a controller was sent vs a new motor. I made contact to get a motor sent and am now I must send the whole unit.

  • Arrangements for installation must be made via internet and not via telephone number given to me. Also, the site requires a link to the fan to be installed which led me not to go there because of the difficulty in locating said link.

  • Item I purchased was on sale in March. We went into lockdown and when I went back to Lamps Plus in July the tag said Anniversary Sale and it was higher than before the March Sale, which I couldn't get to due to corona 19. Very disappointing.
