Taking its inspiration from nature, Organic Style is casual and inviting. The décor is warm with motifs derived from plants, trees, stones and animals.
1.Color PaletteThe color palette tends toward beiges, browns, soft golds and woodland greens that are found in the countryside.
2. LightingLamps and chandeliers, have wood or bronze finishes. Linen and textured shades work well in this style. The top image features a ceramic pottery lamp with satin neutral finishes which compliment the pattern found in the room.
3. Walls and FloorsFloors are rustic and weathered woods or stone surfaces.Wall treatments are heavily textured plaster or wood.Window treatments can be covered with open weave fabric panels or rustic finished shutters.Area rugs are neutral with branch motifs.
4. Furniture & Fabrics Occasional tables with recycled rustic wood tops and iron or bronze legs coupled with a neutral sofa are perfect coordinates to the accessories and room décor. Animal Print motifs from nature like branches or leaves are used in this décor. Fabrics are textured or open weaves with natural tones.
5. AccessoriesBaskets filled with natural elements gathered from outdoors along with pillows and wall art that reflects nature is an integral part of this style.
