60" Minka Aire Tear Flat White Modern LED Ceiling Fan with Remote

- Includes 15 watt LED light. Light output is 1,100 lumens, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent bulb. 3,000K color temperature. 80 CRI.
- Flat white finish motor. Three flat white finish ABS blades.
- Modern ceiling fan from the minka Aire brand. Comes with-full function 6-speed hand-held remote control. Smart Fan capable (Bond unit sold separately).
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 14 1/4" from ceiling to bottom of the fan, 16 1/2" from ceiling to bottom of the light (with 6"downrod). Minimum 9' ft. ceiling required.
Designed by Minka Aire, the Tear is a 60" LED ceiling fan boasting a flat white finish DC motor and three flat white finish ABS blades. With a DC motor, this energy-efficient ceiling fan comes complete with an integrated 15 watt LED light kit underneath glass. The Tear also includes one 6" downrod and the RC400 AireControl Remote System. (UMRP)
