8" high x 6" wide. Round canopy is 4 1/2" wide x 3/4" high. Shade is 5" high. Weighs 3.35 lbs.
Comes with one 6" and two 12" downrods. Plus 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable up to 90 degrees. Maximum height is 128". Minimum height is 11".
