Nice lamp, but gets hot
Nice lamp - looks good on my piano. However, it came with no paperwork, so no owner's manual or warranty info. I installed the bulbs that were recommended, but the shade gets VERY hot to the touch.

disappointed
Ordered this piano lamp. It came with no bulbs, and very vague information about what type of bulb is required. The styrofoam case the lamp is shipped in has obvious cut-outs for the bulbs, and it is very frustrating that I now must go in search of a suitable bulb when it is not even clear just what kind of bulb I must buy.

Gift puchased for husband
This lamp fits perfectly into the space available, shorter than most piano lamps, but still enough illumination.
Would prefer to have the switch in the base of the lamp, but not a big deal

A wonderful piano lamp
This lamp is wonderful for my piano. It adjusts in 2 places along with tilting of the shade that allows for perfect illumination of the music without shining directly into my eyes. It's also very sturdy and well-built.

Perfect Piano Lamp
Great lamp for piano, good illumination. Con - the switch is on the cord which falls behind the piano unless you wrap the cord round the lamp.

Bulbs are included!
Switch is on the cord, and if you have an upright piano, it's behind the piano. We solved the problem by plugging it into a wall switchable outlet.
Two energy efficient bulbs are included in the packaging. Very nice. Because this isn't in the product notes, the store employees will try to sell you two non-effecient bulbs for the lamp. Don't. The included bulbs have a very nice light output that is fine for reading music.

Oustanding for a grand piano!
This lamp is used as intended, as a piano lamp on a new grand piano. It is asthetically pleasing and serves it purpose perfectly. It's multiple adjustments ensure ease of use. Great product by a leader in the industry!

Classy lamp for Piano or Desk
I really like the look of the lamp on my desk in the study. I just wish that the switch was on the base, instead of on the cord (difficult to access to turn on/off).
