Almost perfect - Difficult to change bulbs!
This fixture is perfect in my small kitchen. Like other reviews have stated, this fixture is very difficult to change the bulbs. I had it installed by my contractor and he said it is extremely difficult to change bulbs. Maybe having the fixture on a lever of some kind so the glass basin can be lowered would be a good design change? That way you can easily change the bulb without taking off the glass basin. Just a thought.

Beautiful Light.
It is a statement piece. But, it is very difficult to install for one person. I strongly recommend getting someone to hold the light in place when you are going to fit the finial.
I have it in my kitchen with 4x hue bulbs. The scene is sundown in case anyone wondering. Definitely get LED bulbs. You don't want to replace bulbs in this light frequently.

Lovely fixture and substantial light for the room.. It may be tricky to change light bulbs when it comes time to do so.
The ceiling light is beautiful and we are very happy with how it looks in our kitchen. We had some problems with our wiring that may have made installation extra tricky, but installation is definitely a two person job.

Good choice
Surprised how much it reflects off ceiling. Also missing rubber gasket.

Beautiful, but difficult to install
This light was exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen: close to ceiling, simple design, and large enough for 300 Watts of light output. The only complaint I have is that the light is difficult to wire and assemble in place. There is no hook, like many ceiling fans now, where you could rest the frame while you were trying to hook up the wires. It really is a two-person job. Installing the glass dome is also a bit of a challenge to get all of the washers and collars lined up while holding the heavy glass. We almost dropped it. But once up, it is exactly what we wanted.
Pros: Attractive Design, Diffused Light
Cons: Hard To Install, Tough To Assemble
