12" wide x 10 3/4" high. Round canopy is 4 1/2" wide x 3/4" high. Shade is 7 3/4" high. Weighs 6 lbs.
Comes with one 6" and two 12" downrods. Plus 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable up to 90 degrees. Maximum height is 130 3/4". Minimum height is 13 3/4".
