  • We ordered a fountain and one of the bowls was broken. we contacted you right away (7/25) and you acknowledged the complaint and was told we would hear from you to return it and supposedly a new one was one the way. Haven't heard anything yet.

  • Shades were not finished nicely (material overlapped seam). I spoke to customer service and they are sending out 2 new shades, but it is disappointing that the shades were not right to begin with.

  • Product 96100 Slope adapter did not arrive when promised 7/23, now due from FedEx 7/24; we paid $20 to expedite; ordered Sat 7/20. Had to reschedule installation. Please issue credit for $20 on AMEX card used; called Cust Svs 2X 7/23 with no return call.

  • The order process and shipping went very well. When I unpacked it to assemble the fixture and install it two of of the black nuts that secure the supports to the base where missing. Also the quality of the black finish was poor.

  • But the product is inferior. The shade is damaged. The electric parts do not fit into each other and they slant to the front of the lamp. The harp does not screw on tightly. It’s costs me $250.and to use it it will have to go to a shop for lamps repair.
