  • Shannon my customer rep is wonderful. The inspection department need big improvements. They send out defective products and the wrong items. I have had chipped, broken product and same product come in different.

  • Very good customer service on the phone, however, the lamp (Item #2V797) was shipped *without* the retainer (it did come with the screws and anchors, but no retainer). It cannot be mounted without that part.

  • Sadly, the lighting fixture that I received had very complicated and insufficient instructions, but once figured out, it was also defective in that the wiring must be faulty since the light kept blinking on and off and sometimes just stayed off.
