Making the most of your limited square footage is a snap with what I call “two in one” treasures - really cool finds for small spaces. If I’m designing a tiny Manhattan pied a terre or even a sprawling Texas ranch, I always like working with pieces that perform double - or even quadruple - duty! Like this great centerpiece in an elegant and eclectic Living Room I recently designed.

I designed this custom piece with brushed nickel legs and Duralee fabric for LA-based clients. They snapped the photos above and they love how sleek yet multi-functional their ottoman is!
