- Integrated 20 watt LED module. 770 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 90 CRI. Cap included for non-light use.
- Satin brass finish motor. Three matte white finish molded ABS blades. Matte opal glass diffuser.
- Includes 6" downrod. Fan height is 12 1/2" from ceiling to blades (with 6" downrod). Fan height is 15" from ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod).
- Canopy is 6" diameter. Damp location rated for covered outdoor use.

The contemporary inspired satin brass finish motor pairs excellently with the three matte white finish molded ABS blades. The Avila collection comes with an integrated LED module for additional ambient illumination, and includes a cap for non-light use. The Avila collection is damp location rated and comes with a four-speed hand-held remote control.
