- 18 watt dimmable LED module, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent. 1,400 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 90 CRI.
- Brushed nickel finish motor. Three brushed nickel finish all weather composite blades. White finish diffuser over the LED light.
- Hand-held remote control is included. Wet location rated.
- 9-foot minimum ceiling height required for installation. 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 13" ceiling to blades, 14 1/2" ceiling to bottom of fan (with 4 1/2" downrod).
