13" wide x 8 3/4" high. Round canopy is 5" wide x 3/4" high. Weighs 3.5 lbs.
Comes with two 6" and two 12" downrods. Plus 1/2-feet of chain and 6-feet of wire. Maximum height is 53 1/2". Minimum height is 15 1/2".
