Choosing a Square Chandelier
With a display of geometric style, square shaped chandeliers offer a stylish blend of the traditional and the modern. While some profiles hearken back to the ancient castles of medieval Europe, others bring a distinctly contemporary art piece feeling. A hallmark of this shape, square chandeliers usually create an exterior frame, while the bulbs within cast light throughout your room. From tall cages to flattened lines, this shape experiences endless versatility.
Where is the Best Place for My Square Chandelier?
- To provide adequate room to admire tall chandeliers, these are best placed in rooms with high ceilings. That could include dining rooms, living rooms, foyers, or more.
- Smaller fixtures do not need as much headspace above them. These could be a good fit for a bedroom or master bathroom.
- Make sure the bottom of a chandelier is 28-34" above any tables or countertops or 60" above the floor.
