23 3/4" wide x 15" high. Round canopy is 7 3/4" wide x 2 1/4" high. Weighs 21.16 lbs.
Comes with one 6" and three 12" downrods. Plus 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Maximum height is 56". Minimum height is 18.75".
