Does this provide mostly downlight? Would it be ok for a bedroom?
Stephanie M on Nov 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It does provide mostly downlight, though light does come out the top as well. To our eye, this would make for a dramatic touch for a bedroom.

A shopper on Nov 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The pendant includes one 6" inch rod and two 12" inch rods. The height can be adjusted using the 6" inch or 12" inch rod. Unfortunately, it cannot be installed without a downrod.

Poor design
Beautiful light. However there is a white cord that runs through one of the wires. It’s exposed and it looks awful. The cord not only shows but it’s not tight against the rod so it’s an eyesore
White cord exposed. Can’t get past it :(

Wire Looks Terrible
Lousy design. The light itself is beautiful but it is ruined by poor design of the electrical wire going from the ball in the center down to the gold ring. The wire is not tight against the thin wires that support the ring and it's huge in comparison. This could have easily been designed so that the wires are hidden in gold rods. I'm upset that it looks like this and trying to figure out if there is ANY possible way to try to disguise this. For a fixture that isn't considered 'cheap' this is very disappointing and irritating. The photos are cleverly taken so that it's not noticable before you buy it.
