Very nice post lamp
I received this lamp post top and I was surprised at how nice it looks. I didn't understand that it was only the top and you needed a post to put it on when I selected it to try. Overall it's got a nice modern styling but still looks country too.

Beautiful design
We needed a light at the end of our walkway because our porch light just didnt reach that far. We found this one and fell in love. It has a beautiful design and reminds me of old street lamps. What really sold me was the "rain" effect it has. I absolutely love that. It does produce a good amount of lighting. It has withstood multiple storms this past week. It does seem to be very well made as well as durable.

Beautiful light, black finish and clear seeded gla
This is a beautiful Kichler lamp post light with a black finish and clear seeded glass panels. This light takes one bulb and looks beautiful at night when it's lit up and puts out good lighting. Great quality product!

Solid Light Post
We were happy to get this Fairfield light post as we have some issues seeing in our backyard. It came in a cardboard box with the pieces in plastic bags and clear assembly instructions. The light post was black and very solid in build, easy to put together and attach to our deck, and provides great lighting especially at night. Very simple product but works great.

Beautiful but somewhat disappointing
I was quite excited to have received my Kichler Fairfield light post. Wanting to install one of these on my front lawn for the longest time, I was all smiles when opening the box. This light post light is quite large. Is powder coated in the perfect black color and the large Panes of glass around the bulb are perfect for giving you just the right amount of light. The light is quite elegant and beautiful but unfortunately I cannot give it a five star rating. Instead I am giving it a four-star, the reason for the four star rating is I really really thought that this light came with a post so that it can be completely installed. Unfortunately only the upper light portion is supply, you have to supply your own post to put the light on. After running to the hardware store I was able to locate a post to install the light does it beautifully on top of it and I do like it. I just wish that this was a complete kit with a post and light kit.

Beautiful!!
This light is absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with this product. I've received many compliments from my family, friends and neighbors. The instructions were very clear and It was extremely easy to install. It goes really well with my decor and is overall an amazing product that lights up my garden.

I love it!
Very easy install. It looks great basically anywhere you can put it. It is a great addition to your yard/landscaping area either at your driveway or even in your backward or pool area. Really gives a "put together look".

Love it!
The Fairfield light is absolutely beautiful. The glass is etched and looks very classy, yet fits well with my farmhouse decor. The light comes equipped with all electrical wires and is ready to connect for an easy installation.

High-quality product
I am in love with this Fairfield 19.25" Light Post Light. It has beautiful design.
The directions provided were easy to follow, so it was pretty easy to assemble. We placed it in the front of our house near driveway. It not only provides light, but also gives more perfect look.
The quality is outstanding. I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it for others.

Beautiful addition to the front yard
I absolutely LOVE updating our home with Kichler products! Our newest update was the light fixture/post in our front yard.
The Fairfield 19.25" Light Post Light Black has added such a unique and updated look to our front yard light post. The seeded glass with yellow light bulbs makes the light post look great! Several neighbors have commented on it and plan to add the same to their front yard lamp posts! I love how easily this light fixture transformed our front yard from bland to beautiful and sophisticated!
Installation was super easy and took less than 10 minutes to install. The directions were easy to read and follow.

Looks Beautiful!

Elegant and Practical; Can Convert to a Pole Light
My wife loves the clean elegant lines and beauty of this light, while I wanted something practical. This light fits both goals. Although I had planned to mount it on a post by the driveway entrance, my wife decided she really wanted a free-standing plug-in pole light that we could attach to a large heavy square of unusual veined marble we own and that could be moved around the yard if she decided she wanted it in a different location. I intended to purchase locally but quickly discovered that not a single store in our area had any poles or bases in stock or planned to order any. Finally, our local Kichler dealer found an in-ground pole in their warehouse, not what we wanted, but we are creative.
My friend, a licensed electrician, assisted with the installation. We determined placement and then drilled a hole partway up the pole so the hole would be about 3 inches above ground after the pole was set in place, and threaded wiring up to the top, leaving about 4 feet extending from the lower hole to add a heavy-duty outdoor plug. Digging a hole, we added the pole, made sure it was level vertically and horizontally, and securely packed in concrete rubble and dirt to make it impervious to wind movement yet easily dug up if we decide on a different location.
Connecting the wiring on the light to the wiring inside the pole was a breeze, and the light fixture fit snugly onto the pole. At the lower end, we attached the outdoor plug and wrapped electrical tape around the part where the wire enters the plug to make it weatherproof. An outdoor extension cord from the outside receptacle on the porch to the plug on the pole completed the project. Changing the lightbulb is a breeze with just two screws holding the cover on, so you can try different bulbs to determine just the right amount and type of lighting you want.
The light covers a large area of our backyard facing the woods, which provides security for us and for our small dogs as our porch light doesn't shine into the blackness beyond their fenced area. Now our backyard after dark has all-around softly diffused lighting, just right for feeling safe while spending a peaceful evening enjoying nature and stargazing.

gorgeous light black
Love this light black.Beautiful desing looks perfect in the front of our house,giving more perfect look for our driveway.Light is very bright at the night giving more comfort in the evenings.This light is very well made very sturdy.Just for the information that it don't come with a pole,you will need to buy a pole,but for us it wasn't a problem,and it was very easy to install,we are in love with this antique look light black,even thinking of getting few more for our backyard.

Great look but wish it came with the pole
Love how this light looks but really wish i didn't need to spend more money on a pole to install it on. Really happy with the styling and how well built it looks. Already heard from my neighbors how nice it looks! Lights up well and adds a lot to the look of my property at night (daytime too!).
