Awesome
I received a Pallas 42.75 In. 12-Light Black 2-Tier Chandelier with White Shades, and I absolutely adore it! It's so beautiful! It's as beautiful as it is massive though. You must have tall ceilings for this fixture. I actually hung it in my living room. My husband and some family members installed it. It was quite a lot of work to put in, but it's so worth it. I chose to leave off the white shades for my own personal taste, but it looks good with the shades on as well. Overall, I recommend it, especially if you're looking for a really nice but not too over the top wow factor.

Took my entryway up a notch.
This is such a stunning piece. It really did take my entry way up to the next level. It's very elegant and classy. I love the way it works so well with any decor and you can either keep the shades on or take them off. It looks amazing either way. The nickel is very pretty and it's definitely a focal point as soon as you come in. It took us a bit longer to install because it's two stories high but it still wasn't a terrible install. I'm really happy with the way this turned out. It's also amazing quality as always.

Beautiful and Easy to Install
This is a really beautiful chandelier. It was easy to assemble and was packed very well to avoid damage. We were able to install easily replacing an existing light fixture. It looks beautiful and matches our decor nicely.

Beautiful Fixture
Easy to install, light weight. I'm not convinced on the lamp shades. I wish the material on them was something easier to clean, these will collect dust easily and will be hard to clean, especially since it is in a vaulted ceiling. I might consider not leaving them on, but for now I'll give it a try.
The small 4 arm row is easy to turn right side up, the only issue is that if your not careful, the arm will be loose. I thought it screwed in, so I tried to tighten it, but it doesn't. I had to glue it so it doesn't get worse.
It's a beautiful fixture though, and it works beautifully.

Nice Light
This is such a beautiful light! I love how sleek the design is and the black color goes with everything. It is very bright. We put a dimmer on the switch. It was easy to install by following the provided instructions.

Simple Elegance
The old saying less is more applies directly to this beautiful chandelier. It has a beautiful, simple, but elegant look that adds that pop of wow to the room. I wanted a chandelier that adds a formal look but does not take anything away from the other pieces in the room and is easy to match with the rest of the decor. I did not want to risk installing myself so I did hire a professional. He installed it in short time and said it was not difficult. As always Kichler quality is like no other. I definitely would recommend this chandelier.

Pallas 42.75in. 12- light polished nickel 2 tier
I ordered the Pallas 42.75in. 12-light polished nickel updated traditional dining room 2 tier chandelier with white shades. It looks really pretty above our formal dining area table. It adds the perfect amount of light to the room. I was very pleased with this product and how easy the directions were to follow so I could get this built and hung.

Gorgeous and luxurious light fixture
The Pallas Brushed Natural Brass 12-Light Chandelier is a gorgeous and luxurious light fixture. It made my hallway look more spacious and more brighter than it was before. Sloped ceiling compatible, its hanging height can be adjusted with it's included stems and chains. I like that the white linen shades reflects a traditional style and can be removed for a new look.

Large, Modern Light Fixture
We used this fixture in our dining room. When the box arrived it was way bigger than I expected and was a little nervous it wouldn't fit right in our space (our dining room is not huge). It actually fit really well and we love the look of it. I still can't decide if I like it better with or without the shades. It looks great both ways.

Beautiful Chandelier!
Pallas 12 light 2-Tier Chandelier in the color black with White Shades is really nice. This chandelier looks very sleek, modern, and absolutely beautifully elegant. The chandelier is easy put together and install. The brightness is perfect not to bright and not to dim. I have this chandelier in my newly built cabin. I would highly recommend!

So Elegant and Beautiful!
All Kichler light fixtures are beautifully designed and crafted works of art! This one is just so beautiful, that we have not stopped getting compliments since my husband installed it. This is a large fixture, and we decided to install this in our two story foyer. It is packaged well, each piece protected, and I will put in a photo of the unboxing. I love the brass, just love it! This would look lovely in any decor. This piece has clean, simple lines, and is so elegant, that it is the first thing people notice when they come into our home. My husband and I love nice lighting, because it really makes a room. We feel beautiful lighting is a work of art, and no one does it like Kichler! If you are going to install this very high, as we did, you may need three people. It assembles in minutes, and my husband said the installation was so easy. We placed it so high up that my sister and I assisted him with it when he was at the top of the ladder (just holding it and handing it to him). This has the option of using the included shades or leaving the lights to appear as candles. Having shades included is wonderful! Initially, I had my husband leave the shades off. However, two days later, I decided I wanted them on, and he brought up the ladder and had them placed on in minutes. I just love the way you get that soft glow with the shades on. We have this on a dimmer switch, and I couldn't love it more than I do! From outside it just looks so refined , warm, and inviting. Inside, whether lit or unlit, it is truly a work of art!

Showstopper!
I'm in love. I installed this myself in less than an hour. It's well made and comes nearly completely assembled?I couldn't believe how stunning it looked! I have had people stop, knock and compliment on the light.
