13" high is the height of the lamp? Seems pretty long for a "mini" pendant light. This wouldnt go well over a kitchen island or kitchen bar if I got 2 of them due to its height right?
BEST ANSWER:With the height being adjustable with the included downrods, it should be just fine over those areas. Above an island, three pendant lights create a more balanced space than two or four. On average, a pendant light should be 30 inches above the countertop.

Oh no it would be great! The height includes the ball and fixture at the bottom and top. It comes with several attachment lengths so you may adjust height. But now the are not tiny ifvthat the look you are going for.
Great pendant! Everyone who sees them asks where I ordered them from. Adds good amount of light and is beautiful focus piece. Adjustable rods make them work in various spaces.
