This convenient ceiling-mount Broan bath ventilation fan illuminated by an energy-saving LED module is designed for large bathrooms of up to 105 square feet. It can be installed room-side without having to access the attic, and features a stylish grille made of white finish polymer plastic material. A noise level of 1.3 sones ensures quiet performance from its 110 CFM motor that is Energy Star-rated for energy-efficiency. UL-listed for use over bathtubs or showers when connected to a GFCI circuit, HVI-certified, and with a motor engineered for continuous operation. Made in the U.S.A.
