Sleet Contemporary Scone
Got the scones for the end of a dim hallway. It fits the space and makes the place brighter. The look is contemporary / Minimalist and sleek. The black color fits the décor and we particularly like the seeded glass. The installation was easy and packaging was robust. We have couple of additional Kichler products which has served us very well and were very happy to get this one too

Gorgeous Wall Sconce
I really love the Alton 1 Light Wall Sconce. I put it in my sunroom. I have the whole Boho look going, and this wall sconce it perfect. It adds just a touch of elegance, and the right amount of lighting. It is not too bright, which I think is perfect. I love it so much. Plus, its fairly easy to install!

Stunning fixture

Black And Beautiful
The Alton one light black wall sconce is going to add a beautifully simplistic element to my home décor. I love the clear bubble globe and know it will give me the ambiance I want in this area of my home.
I have done some remodeling recently changing from a comfortable yet rather bland interior to one of charming yet sophisticated country. This Kichler sconce is such a welcome addition. I am so anxious to have it installed.

Elegant but sturdy
This sconce is really streamlined and elegant. I used it right out side the door on my front porch. I only have one light out there, so this works really well for me. It is well designed and very sturdy. The glass around the bulb is thin, but not so much that I am worried about it breaking easily. The installation was simple.

Subtle Elegance
So pleased with this sconce - the perfect amount of subtle elegance for a small space. It was easy to install and brings a lot of style to my hallway. The natural brass didn't hold fingerprints either, so it looks brand new!

Uplift Your Lamps with the Golden Touch of Kichler
This is a spectacular product and really enhances the front of our house! The gold / brass stands out and commands attention -- it reminds me of the classic torch held by the Statue of Liberty! I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an outstanding upgrade on their house, it is a really awesome product and the best one in this genre that I've seen in a long time. Thanks for doing it right and doing us proud, and I'll definitely stay tuned for future products!

Beautiful sconce
Kichler's Alton 1 Light Sconce is the perfect mix of modern and vintage/traditional. The aged brass is just gorgeous and really provides a lot of interest and warm. We placed this next to a door in a stairwell. It is bright given the clear glass but still exudes softness. It was fairly easy to install, the only complications having to do with adding a new light box because we did not have one there before. Would be really easy to swap as a replacement. Kichler makes quality lighting and you can tell the quality just by looking at this beautiful sconce.

Very Attractive Sconces
The natural brass finish on the Alton sconces are very attractive. The quality of workmanship is well above today's average products. The mounting plate is perhaps the best feature. It allows the sconces to be attached nearly anywhere. The one drawback is it does not have a simple on/off switch. Otherwise, they are very nice

Beautiful Statement Lighting
I added 2 of these sconce light fixtures to a wall in our home theater room. They definitely added a classic movie theater look and the long stems hanging down made them visually appealing for a 9 foot ceiling. The bubble glass is really nice and clear and either an Edison bulb or regular look lovely in the sconce without being blinding. I put 2 sconces evenly spaced on a 20' wall and the lighting given off is just enough for ambience when dim and enough to illuminate that side of the room when bright. I installed a dimmer switch for these sconces and they look great either bright or dim. From the instructions the glass globe can 'be mounted with the glass in the up or down position', but I found it sturdiest to have the glass mounted in the up position so the thumbscrews would sit in the groove on the glass. Visually, I preferred the down position of the glass, but with young kids I wasn't comfortable with that as it seemed it could easily knock out of the thumbscrews since there wasn't a groove in the glass to hold it tighter.
My only complaint was that the arm (that hold the thumbscrews) on one of the fixtures wasn't straight and slowed down. Thus when the glass globe was placed on the 3 arms and the thumbscrews adjusted it sat crooked. Because of the way the fixture is made and it is heavy duty, it is impossible to try and bend it up to fit better. I did put a small square of Sheetrock on the arm for the glass globe to sit on and it seemed to fix the issue and straighten out the glass. The other fixture I bought was perfect.
I love these sconces so much that I plan on purchasing another pair for the opposite wall in my theater room. They work wonderfully, look classic and beautiful, and fit well with a 9' ceiling.

Beautiful
I love these sconce's. They make a beautiful accent piece. The brass has a sophisticated, old-fashioned feel that I love. Using one on each side of my mirror gives the perfect amount of lighting. I can tell that these are well made and will last for awhile. I had no trouble installing them. The only thing that could make these better would be if they included light bulbs, but I cannot complain. These light fixtures are awesome!

Very Elegant & Well Made!
I received these sconces in chrome for my dining room. They are very regal looking and well made. Solid construction that keeps them in line and installed in the location that you choose. some cheaper light fixtures dont install straight and level and that was something in particular that i was looking for.
I would recommend these for any sconce application - they really add a nice touch. was wondering if they are these in exterior damp location grade?
