Awesome Upgrade!
I wanted a drum light in our home office, however with 8 foot ceilings I was concerned that a fixture of this style would hang too low in the room. This light is perfect! The drum size and height give it a nice presence without being obtrusive. The filtered light is perfect for reading, or working on the computer without being harsh. Overall a great upgrade!

So Elegant
I love this Shailene light. I get so many compliments. It's just the right size. It has 3 light. It so so bright and clean looking. It is so elegant and modern. I love the brass finish. And the shade is very nice. I highly recommend this light.

Elegant and classy fixture
This light is beautiful and very classic. I chose this for my stairway down to my basement. The ceiling is a little higher in this small space so the pendant style worked great. The installation process was very easy and we put it up ourselves with no issues after following instructions. The fixture gives off a nice bright light and gives this space a fancy touch compared to the standard fixture we replaced it with. The gold finish is very nice and does not give me 80's vibes at all. I've been slowly changing to gold and brass and most of Kichler's pieces are very modern and unique.

Replace "builder" basic with a classic
Used in a hall to update "boob" lighting. This is a beautiful and elegant fixture. Elevated the look of the space from builder basic to classic and lovely. So easy to install and the directions were well written and easy to follow. In front hall and guests consistently comment on how lovely it is.

What a beautiful Light !
I got the Shailene 18 in. Round 3-Light Black Drum Hallway Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light with White Microfiber Shade for above my Dinning Room Table . I needed something that is not low hanging and bright, and this lamp is just that, beautiful, Classic look. The Design is just beautiful. Its the perfect lighting for the area. It was easy to assemble it and install it.

Great Product
This fixture is perfect for our bedroom. I love the amount of light it gives off - we went from dingy and dim to light and bright. Classic sleek look. Led lights up the area very nice. Simple but elegant. We Love the look and have received many compliments! The light fits perfectly with my decor, and provides the right amount of light at the same time. A great product all round!

Beautiful Light with Warm Accents
This light is the most beautiful light . it was so easy to install , the instructions were easy to read and came with everything tightly packaged . it has that modern , classy look to make your home look stylish and elegant . we choose to install this beautiful light in one of our guest bedrooms, it can also be used in the entryway, hallway, laundry room . it uses 3 light bulbs of any wattage of your choosing .You can choose whether to mount the glass facing up or down .The satin etched white diffuser and white microfiber shade provides a beautiful, ambient lighting to the entire room. to clean simply use a wet damp cloth . I am very pleased with this and highly recommened .

Beautiful
This light is easy to install and beautiful as well. We have a modern farmhouse and didn't want everything black so this is a wonderful contrast. Would also look beautiful in a contemporary design. The light that it puts off is bright enough but cast a gorgeous glow.

Beautiful
The Shailene on brushed nickel is just beautiful! Everything my husband needed to install the light was in the box. I'm have been wanting a ceiling light in the bedroom for some time now. The bright white shade with the brushed nickel is exactly what I was looking for.

Looks great
We have anything to update our lighting for quite some time and have been updating basically one piece at a time. This Kichler Shailene 18" light is simple but really adds to my bedroom. It gives off great light and just gives it an updated look. Would definitely recommend if you were looking for a simple but nice looking for any room.

Pretty and fairly easy to install.
I chose the Shailene? 18" 3 Light Semi Flush Ceiling Light in Brushed Nickel to replace our previous fixture. I liked the Shailene light because of it's size and overall simplicity, yet it still had an charming appeal which I adored. It gives off plenty of light and although, it looks like it would be difficult to replace the bulbs, you only need to gently push the shade up and you can access the bulbs from the sides while the bottom glass piece stays in place. Building the fixture itself was a breeze and some parts even came partially constructed. The fixture was fairly easy to install and had pretty straightforward instructions. We had a little confusion when it came to the part where we tightened the lock-up knobs and the canopy to the ceiling, but in the end we worked it out and if you just keep twisting, they tighten up to where they're supposed to be. The only thing I'm concerned about with this fixture is if it'll be hard to keep it clean/dust free since the shade is white lamp shade material. Overall, it's a lovely fixture and looks beautiful!

Very clean, modern look!
This light adds such a great, modern look to our entryway. It was super easy to install and such a simple, modern light. It has a brushed nickel accent to it that contrasts so nicely with the white color creating a clean and bright look. It really is such an improvement and just sets the tone for our entryway. If you are looking for a simple, yet elegant look for any room, you will be very pleased with this product.

Beautiful
This light works perfect in our laundry room. It doesn't hang down to far and really creates a nice light. The light is easy to install. It produces a great light for the space we have. I really like the overall look of the light in our laundry room. It would work great in an entry way or hallway too.
