Perfect reading lamp
Solid lamp, will not tip over. Multiple ways to adjust lighting, suitable for every situation. It was not easy to find the right reading lamp which is also sturdy and attractive.

Beautiful Lamp
My husband purchased this lamp probably 10 years ago for me. So many compliments on it for its beautiful shade and illumination. But yesterday noticed black plastic pieces all over the floor. The black plastic covering the concrete base has crumbled and the lamp wobbles.Tried to place felt pads on the base but it did not work. Concrete crumbles all over the place and it tipped over. Heart breaking to throw it out. It did last many years.

Perfect floor light
This torchier floor lamp is exactly what I wanted. It gives nice lighting with the top light and I love that it's dimmable. The 2 arm lights are positional so I can aim them just where I need the extra lighting. The 2 switches for the lights are at the perfect height so they can be reached while sitting.

Best Purchase!
I love this floor lamp! It's classy, solid, and beautiful. It was very easy to put together. The solid base let's me know it will firmly stay in place. I love the flexibility of the 3 lights with one being a dimmer switch. The switches to turn the lamp on or off are conveniently located. It's one of my best purchases ever!

Didn't last!
I bought this lovely lamp in 2021 and WAS very happy with it. But 2 years later the dimmer switch stopped working , and now just 3 years later the top light stopped working. So only buy this if you need a light for 2 years!

Very nice pole lamp
This lamp looks really nice and gives out a lot of light. The top light can be dimmed with the dimmer switch. I really like this lamp. The lamp has a heavy base and that makes it very stable on my carpet and on my wood floor.

A Very High Quality Lamp that is made to last for a Long time. Works as advertised, all lamps in this floor lamp work perfect and the side lamps stay in position once directed to your area of need. You need to buy a LED dimmer bulb for the top lamp, & the best place is right at Lamps Plus!!

great lamp to light up a work area. .
we installed a 200W dimmable bulb in top
and 100 non dimmable in the necks.
200w are hard to find but Amazon has them.
It must be a dimmable bulb or it constantly flickers.

High quality, clean look and feel
Beautiful, clean silver metal look. Great quality. Precision fit and finish. What sold us was the unique design of the glass on the lamp shades. A very earthy, natural cracked glass look. The 2 arms bend to whatever angle you need and are the entire lamp is well-built, high quality. You can have just 1 of the 3 lamps or all 3 lamps on at the same time. And the dimmer aspect is perfect.

Extra weighty base reduces risk of tipping
Very pretty. Looks like a quality lamp. Highly functional. The extra weighty base is an important safety feature especially since we position the lamp in front of a window which often has a stiff breeze blowing in. Replacement shades are available if needed. The lamp itself is 5 stars, but it's a little pricey (thus the 4 star rating).

Broken Concrete Base
This lamp has worked fairly well for the last two or three years. Had to replace the glass shade once due to cracking - no idea why as lamp is never moved. Today I went to vacuum under the lamp base and the entire concrete base crumbled into 3 pieces...

The Good and the Really Bad
I purchased this lamp about 4 years ago, in mid 2017, and today I threw it out. The reason: as you can see in the photos, the entire inside of the base cracked in half and in multiple other small pieces. It seems to have been made from low grade concrete (and of course made in China) and I assume it broke due to relatively high humidity in my apartment over the years, that NYC gets besieged with every summer.
However, this wasn't the only issue with the lamp. From the very beginning, there was an issue with the main light, which is dimmable. When it was at its brightest (or nearly brightest) setting and at its dimmest, it worked fine. But in the large middle of the brightness spectrum, it kept blinking the whole time.
The only reason I didn't return it due to this issue, is because it was already the second defective lamp like this I received from Lamp Plus, and I simply didn't feel like going through the hassle of packing it and returning it again. But this defect has bothered me from the start.
I contacted customer service about both of these issues today, and other than the 1 year warranty from the seller, there is no separate manufacturer warranty. The company agent also told me they don't have replacement base for this lamp and referred me to another website - which upon browsing it doesn't have it either.
I asked whether perhaps I can get some discount if I ordered another lamp like this (or a similar one) and the answer was basically a courteous NO. I think this is a pretty poor customer service by Lamps Plus.
The pros of this lamp are that it's dimmable, the two side arms are nicely adjustable and emit bright light (of course that also depends on the bulb) and otherwise the lamp is nicely designed for the modern home. As I used it primarily for reading in a recliner, the side arms were very useful to me.
Due to what I consider to be a pretty poor customer service, I would likely not order from this Company again and wouldn't recommend it, because unless you get a perfectly functional product that lasts years (not merely 4 years), don't expect to get any sort of remedy from the Company, including even a modest discount on a similar product.
